Add a  cup  of the bath salts (magnesium sulphate) into your warm bath 

• Sprinkle tthe salts  under running water and swish the water to create bubbly foam in the bath.
• Salts  attrach moisture  so if the salts are clumpy simply give the container a good shake.   
• Keep container sealed well to avoid moisture getting in.
• Ingredients: Bicarbonate of soda,  magnesium sulphate (epsom salt), magnesium chloride  sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, almond oil fragrance and mica
